Fall Pumpkin Squares

This is the ultimate in fall treats. It is simple and oh so delicious. Always a hit!! It was given to me from a good friend at BYU years ago.

1 cup oil
2 cups canned pumpkin
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix all together and pour into a cookie sheet/jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350* for 20-30 minutes (Depending on your oven. Check with toothpick.)

When cool, frost with icing. This icing is amazing.

Icing Ingredients:
Mix together:
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 stick butter
1 T. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 - 2 3/4 cups powdered sugar
