TIME TO BREAK OUT THE FALL PUMPKIN SQUARES. YUM!!
This is the ultimate in fall treats. It is simple and oh so delicious. Always a hit!! It was given to me from a good friend at BYU years ago.
Ingredients:
1 cup oil
2 cups canned pumpkin
2 cups sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 cups flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
Mix all together and pour into a cookie sheet/jelly roll pan.
Bake at 350* for 20-30 minutes (Depending on your oven. Check with toothpick.)
When cool, frost with icing. This icing is amazing.
Icing Ingredients:
Mix together:
8 oz. cream cheese
3/4 stick butter
1 T. milk
2 tsp. vanilla
2 - 2 3/4 cups powdered sugar

I made these for the BYU game last Saturday and they were cleared out by the third quarter. I love 'em.
