Don't let the picture of this scare you. It's not the greatest pic but this recipe is worth posting because it is so simple and yummy. My kids love nothing more than chicken and rice and this went over well with all five of my kids. This recipe came from Lorinda LeFevre, a friend from my old neighborhood.
Ingredients:
6 chicken breast halves
1 can Cream of Chicken soup
1 can Cream of Celery soup
1 c. shredded cheddar cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. paprika
Directions:
Place chicken in a 9x13 baking dish. Mix together remaining ingredients. Pour mixture over chicken and bake uncovered for 2 hours at 325*. Serve over rice or noodles.
