Honey Butter

This recipe for honey butter came from a neighbor. She has amazing rolls to go with it that will have to be posted another time. We smothered it on scones made from scone dough from Dick's Market (local grocery store) and it was delicious.

Ingredients:

1 stick of butter, softened
1/4 cup marshmallow creme
1/4 cup honey

Directions:

Mix all together and serve.

Your recipe reminded me that I haven't made scones for a few years. I am way over due and will make this along with them. Thanks!

I wish I lived by Dick's to get some scone dough and have some of this tonight. I'll have to grab some next time I'm in the area. This sounds really yummy.
