Spinach Salad


Ingredients:

1 head lettuce
1 bunch spinach leaves
¼ cup cottage cheese
½ cup Swiss cheese, grated
½ lb. bacon (chopped and fried crisp)
½ red onion (cut into rings)
½ lb. sliced mushrooms

Dressing:

1 Tbsp. poppy seeds
1 cup oil
½ cup vinegar
½ cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
½ tsp. dried mustard

Instructions:

Marinate onions and mushrooms in dressing overnight. Pour marinate/dressing on salad ingredients right before serving. Toss to mix.
